Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen I was attending UWashington in '66 when I received my draft notice. In the '80s, as part of Fleet Training Group I flew in to Seattle several times to train the Polar breakers. It always irritated me that you could not move your drink from bar to table or vice versa. A server had to move it. PO1 Robert P. GySgt (Join to see) I believe it is common knowledge that any decent dart dropper has to have a drink in hand to balance out that 19gram tungsten.

In the '60's. it was also illegal for a woman to sit at the bar. Women had to sit at a table. But, as you pointed out, a guy could not join them carrying a drink.

Blue Laws. Some still in effect. In NC it used to be OK to cane your wife. It had to be at the Courthouse on Sunday though.
