Staggering Costs – U.S. Military Equipment Left Behind In Afghanistan

Now that’s a term I haven’t heard for a long, long time… it’s now a Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss.

Simple answer: Whose property book is the property on?

Who checked out the gear? Who ordered the gear checked out? Are they not ultimately responsible? Fiscally as well? ;)
