As folks who live near the border, who camp, hunt and fish within yards of the border, with much of wife's family south of the border, who regularly drive our Camry to Hermosilla and Guadalajara, who regularly take our moho to San Felipe, Valle de Guadalupe and Puerto Penasco, the wall worked and does work. This administration has tied the hands of CBP when intercepting illegals pouring through unfinished portions of the wall. Plus, the Guard is not actively engaged, being relegated to supporting admin functions.
