He is a National Treasure and we Springfieldians are blessed by his and his brother Gee's contributions. We had to move to Oklahoma in 2010 but make sure to have Springfield style "cashew chicken" every time we visit. My wife has even managed to create a reasonable facsimile of his sauce. And he still comes in and works in the kitchen on occasion! Now if we can only get someone to start making it here in OKC. Pizza House too!
