This position is usually for an Eligible Disabled Veteran, but when once is not available they usually hire a Honorable Discharged Veteran.

NOTE: Preference shall be given first to qualified service connected disabled veterans & if no such person is available then to any qualified veteran per Title 38, United States Code, Section 4103a.
