So, I guess the real questions are: what is going to happen to those missed/left after the deadline? what will be the response from the nations of those that are missed/left behind after the deadline? If there are any missed/left behind, that is.

get them to some nearby neutral location, just so they are out of Afghanistaniistan

I suspect there will be those left behind. If they can get out overland they will. Otherwise they will probably be killed
