In reality, they were a mother-daughter team who were outsiders to the research world: Katharine Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers.

It’s wild to think that the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator came from a mother-daughter duo instead of some big-name psychologists. At least they put in the effort and created something that millions of people now use.I checked out https://personality-type.com/ , which is basically a version of the MBTI, and honestly, it felt more straightforward and easier to use. If you’re still stuck on the classic MBTI, maybe give that site a shot instead. Sometimes simpler really is better when you just want to figure yourself out.
