Consider that fertilizer to grow food comes from oil, delivery of food is done by oil. Even a lot of leisure activities planned utilize oil such as motor boating, travel, camping etc.

We have more than enough oil and natural gas domestically to take care of our demand. However, when the politicians get involved and decide to have other entities do the work, and diminishes our own capability, one is left to wonder “who are they working for?”, and “ “ how stupid do they think we are?”

CPL Jason Northedge - No, Gen Kelly did not say that. This is what happened with Kelly. The Atlantic asserted that "in 2017, while visiting the Arlington National Cemetery grave of Kelly’s son, Robert Kelly, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2010, Trump turned to John Kelly and said: 'I don’t get it. What was in it for them?'” That's ignorance, not an insult. Kelly had a teachable moment. I wonder if he used it.
