Some need to read the article:
"A former command chief who was fired from his leadership position at the 20th Fighter Wing in 2019 for creating a hostile work environment and treating airmen unprofessionally and disrespectfully is still in uniform -- and now a squadron superintendent at another base."
He's still in uniform, still has stripes and is in a leadership position again. So nothing really happened.

SrA John Monette In 1971 our deputy base commander was quietly moved to the same job at another base. Official reason was problems at the new base that he could fix. OWC network had it at sexual harassment of/with an enlisted spouse.
