If a stationary rock is an obstacle that holds you back, IMHO you don't really want to get ahead.

So let me get this straight, a rock has been sitting at the center of college for 96 years that was intended to honor a founder who was a scientist/geologist. It's been there at the center for all these years and student's petition the campus to remove it due to racist events that took place all these years at the center of it and your upset why? The student's went through the right channels to do it and their not using tax payer dollars to remove it but private funds. The school contracted professionals to remove so rock. If student's just drove up there with a crane or some machinery to remove it without permission I'd see the reason for outcry but with it being done the right way and private funds being used I just don't get it.

I haven't seen anyone complaining about their methodology. Certainly not me. And that wasn't the crux of my question

CPT Jack Durish after some time I realized you weren't questioning the rock but the fact you can't take people seriously who call a rock racist
