Thank you my friend Lt Col Charlie Brown for posting an interesting perspective on neck pain from supporting a massive head on top of a relatively tiny cervical spine :-)
Those of us with cervical spine damage may benefit from a technique like that or not.
In 1993 my neck was locked after being rear-ended on a ramp entrance to a road when i had my neck twisted to see oncoming traffic. By God's grace, in that case chiropractic treatment helped me recover the ability to move my neck after a couple months.
