Why the military should work with scientists to study the UFO phenomenon

Not convinced but worth exploring

I'm thinking that folks who have seen something are probably the biggest doubters. I mean, like after all the other "standard explanations" don't fit, what remains other than military equipment and activity that is not public (our nation and other nations)?
