They can refuse access to family members or civilians to Military bases on federal property anytime they want and for any reason, though calling it a Security Issue or threat to service members would certainly get it done.

You know the power the military has. If they want too they can pull all members (only) living off post back to post then lock it down leaving family off post.

SGT (Join to see) Yes I am aware but many who refuse will state they still have the option to refuse until a vaccine no matter the maker is fully licensed. I may be over reacting but I see some administrative separations coming.

PFC (Join to see) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has authorized the COVID-19 vaccines for emergency use currently and because they have not been fully approved, the military on its own currently cannot mandate that all service members get the vaccine. HOWEVER ....President Biden can grant an exception to this rule with the stroke of a pen. After that, US military members get vaccinated or face UCMJ.

SGM Erik Marquez I knew it was in EUA I just thought it had to get fully licensed before mandating began. I had no idea throught executive order the president could mandate the vaccine without full licensing.
