Thank you my friend MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. for posting the link
I hope that the suits brought by Chief Petty Officer Jarome Bell, U.S. Navy Ret., who was a Republican candidate for Congress from Virginia's Second Congressional District and former President Trump will be successful.
The case was filed by lawyer Jon Moseley on behalf of Chief Petty Officer Jarome Bell, U.S. Navy Ret., who was a Republican candidate for Congress from Virginia's Second Congressional District.
Bell alleges the company lures people into becoming users, and the rules of the company establish a contract. But then the company fails to provide what it has promised,

This is not the first and I am sure it is not the last. As these lawsuits gain traction and momentum I foresee a time where FB, Twitter & Google will be forced to change and/or Section 230 of federal law will be rewritten.

At some point Facebook is going to be forced to clean itself up. Censorship, regardless of why, is wrong. If this country remains the land of the free then this must include the freedom to express oneself, no matter what or why, and be free to do so. If not then it has indeed become a tool of fascism not freedom.
