I've been so busy keeping an eye on TS/Hurricane Elsa that I missed the most import part of today. Slap me with a drumstick, guess I'll have a belated celebration tomorrow.

SSG Michael Noll Definitely try it play with a couple of pieces to see how much time you can knock off the frying time but I have always boiled it first to make sure it's fully cooked and the flour or crust sticks better of course your egg wash takes care of that part.
