Similar to a trapped emotion, a thought can become stuck in our subconscious, especially during times of stress or despair. Tonight we will discuss “Will To” where a temporary feeling of wanting to die, wanting to avoid feelings, wanting to be alone can become a permanent loop playing in the background.
