Went thru a bout of heat stroke a number of years ago, was wise enough to stop what I was doing sit in a cool shady spot, and drink cool, not cold water, was fine after 30 minutes Lt Col Charlie Brown

I had it happen to me and I was so disoriented. Glad someone figured out what was going on and got me to drink some cold liquids. Now it's just a funny story.

Glad you recovered.i suspect most all of us who have spent time in the field for training have experienced heat cramps, heat exhaustion or heat stroke. None are fun.
