We simply can't do it all even if we wanted to. Our allies have to step up. Trump had us on that road to cooperative spending for defense, only to be undone by this administration

Yes. LT GEN Hodges recognizes your point in the interview...he did not like Trump's tweets, but liked the results of Trump policies. Conversely, he liked Biden's statements, but finds his policy "disappointing."

While I mostly agree with General Hodges about China, I disagree 100% with him that Vlad's emphasis will be on the Crimea. Putin will again try to install his Puppet, continue his cyber attacks, and he will, because of global warming, put his emphasis on the Artic, since that is where he is spending big-BIG chunks of Rubles.
OH, and as always, I see the Trumpkin Puppet supporters kissing the Dotard's rear.
