My Native Wife says in her Tribal understanding that they do not have DNA links to Asia and that her people did not evolve from Africa, migrate to Asia and cross the Bearing Straight in this last ice age 20-15k years ago.

LTC (Join to see) - We were suprised when my wife sent in her DNA. As far as anyone knew, they were Dene' (Navajo) forever.
Her results show links to Central and South America, Northern Central Asia, Africa, and the Iberian peninsula as well as Inuit.
I love this DNA stuff. Sure disproves any dream of a "pure race."
