One day my E-7 Chinook instructor was talking about smoking weed on the rear ramp of the Chinook as he watched the jungle under him. He was in such reverie, his face got relatively still, his eyes were glassy, he was thinking hard, I think he mentally returned to Vietnam while we talked, and he was high sitting on the rear door of the chinook. He was feeling somthing lovely and spiritual. It was like he married the prettiest girl in the world who is now gone, but he thinks of her in wonderment. Ok I cant really say anymore relevant things about my drivel.

Cannabis was not legalized until after the incident happened. Canadian Forces can have marijuana on their off-duty as long as it is more than eight hours before they start their shift but when it comes to weapons or Aviation, I believe the regulations call for a longer time span so I know they're not going to get the Hillary Clinton Teflon treatment because this happened before marijuana was legalized and it could have endangered the troops at a live fire exercise. I don't think you're going to have the Canadian civil liberties Union go after the defense of the idiot who spiked the cupcakes.
