When they fire from any location, that location is a legitimate target. That applies to either side.

I don't which charge is more laughable. Disproportionate force? Anything less only serves to invite and prolong war. Use of civilians as human shields? What civilians? Who was it that invented the concept of total war? It's origins are lost in the mists of time. Who has practiced it? Everyone. These charges are merely canards, attempts to conceal the true nature of the report, to make it appear "fair and balanced." Would Hamas have initiated this most recent attack had they not been funded by the current US Administration? Would they have been encouraged by the previous Administration as they are by the current one? Those are far better questions to explore but don't expect American news media to explore them...

Politics, economics and physical conflict are all war.
The innocent always suffer in all types of war. It is sad.
