Moving US Africa Command to Africa will not solve the continent's security issues

Command always has a better understanding when it is close to the action. No, we don't want them on the front line, but they need the feel of the ground and the understanding of the people.

The worst part is though, to my understanding anyway, 1/2 the regimes we support are dictatorships where the leaders should all be hung.

We are already there. But if this picture is any example of our presence, it appears to need improvement. For example, why not an elevated position and push that tree line way back?
If that is the Platoon Sgt., I do not blame him for leaving. Security looks like s***.
That truck needs a 305 short block and a 6in lift with improved tires. I would paint it green or black too.
I hope Africa steps up with personnel.
