So this is a fun question. The answer: it depends.

If we go on an all out offensive, firing at every country that comes swinging, we won’t last very long.

If we are careful, focusing on a major defense and targeted offense against key enemy strengths, we could last a little longer.

The main issue with this is the US military’s tendency to regain offensive power and generate/maintain momentum in battle. The name of the game in this fight is going to be maximizing the Protection war fighting function, and the military currently spends most of its time ignoring the protection cell until it’s too late.
