Oklahoma allows every legal person male or female above and including the age of 21 unless your in the military then the age is 18 to carry concealed or openly without a license. We went constitutional carry in November 2019. This includes long guns, as long as they are holstered or in the case of long guns using a sling with the barrel pointed up or down. They can be clip loaded but not chambered for long guns.

The title is using a bait and switch method of distraction from the article point to gather a wider field of readers.
i.e. The plaintiffs have petitioned SCOTUS to rule on “whether the Second Amendment allows the government to prohibit ordinary law-abiding citizens from carrying handguns outside the home for self-defense.” It is important to note that is not the exact question SCOTUS has agreed to hear. Instead, the court will be looking to determine “whether the state’s denial of petitioners’ applications for concealed-carry licenses for self-defense violated the Second Amendment.”
