SGT (Join to see) - I plan to stay the H311 out of those states who support a duty to retreat!!! Freedom? What Freedom! It is all going down the proverbial drain in those dastardly states!!!

Duty to retreat... pfffft. What an utterly stupid notion. Its like saying that no matter how close you and your loved ones come to death (and worse - - read up on the Otero family formerly of Wichita) your p.o.s. assailant(s) have the right of way. We deserve better than this! Isolated incident? Well it falls within the category of criminal homicide. Defending yourself shouldn't.
