Is it based on merit , or just another woke fishing experiment ? If merit based then

way to go Coast Guard
For many years the powers that be in the Coast Guard felt women could be great leaders but they felt they could not swim well and they wanted good swimmers. However, science has since proven that theory to be wrong. The current hang up is someone read the book men are from mars and women from venus and they felt it would be difficult to prove they were the USA and not Venus. I do hope the Coast Guard gets it all worked out. I will say they did get the earth is round v flat thing faster than the Army hahahaha I kill me.
