What Does the Second Amendment Really Mean?

A view from the liberal side of the fence: Any time I see an article with this title I'm relatively certain I'm about to read BS. The Editors of Readers Digest have once again affirmed that belief. Since a majority of the population doesn't know any better, they soak it up like a sponge. All the while thinking to themselves that "It must be true or they couldn't publish it, right?".
