TAKE ACTION on BURN PITS! New legislation by Sens. Marco Rubio and Kirsten Gillibrand will ensure a VA presumptive service connection to illnesses from military toxic exposures - meaning disability and health benefits to those impacted going back to August 1990 deployments. It was just introduced but we'll announce publicly at the Capitol with Congressional sponsors, 9/11 First Responders, VSOs, and Jon Stewart on April 13. I'll be there speaking for IAVA. There are other large bills out there but this is the only one to do grant a full presumption.
