It would s my understanding that drug cartels control the access to crossing areas along our border. It costs $1,500 to cross. These are poor people, this is so humane. Oh, you may still get raped or held for ransom.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - When I did counter drug ops in the early 2000's, there was an unbelievable amount of cross over from the cartels trafficking right into human trafficking. The cartels are all about money.
