This is what people do not understand. How can the CG sweep this away. How can women trust the command to protect them form the predators within the command?

CWO3 Dave Alcantara you hit the nail on the head. And women wonder why the system cannot be trusted as it stands. We need a stricter deterrence because what's in place now SUCKS!

We must take any accusation as legit and how the victim feels they were treated is how we must take it. The problem is if the judicial system does not deem the action 'to warrant throwing them in jail and throwing away the key', the victim can easily feel slighted and none of us in these reports know what the misdeed was. The perpetrator could have commented , "nice ass' and had naked pictures up in the office and while offensive, probably does not warrant throwing the book at the person. Again we never find this information out.

We have put protections in place to protect women than can easily ruin women as well. If I was falsely accused and lost everything, my stay at home wife and my daughter would be destroyed. I am not making excuses for someone that has done wrong just saying we often never know the entire story and court case.
