I've never seen it happen but we get at least one falling iguana alert a year. I do see lizzards hiding in my grill when it gets cold though.

We had one in the tree when i was stationed in Tampa. Most of the times it just sat there. Wasn't ours, just picked out tree out of the neighborhood.
