Remove them one at a time. RCA for crowd control. Center mass with rubber bullet, tase, and cuff. One down. If engaged with live fire, return fire per ROEs. Press conferences do little to deter lawlessness. They may claim BLM, but recently have claimed revenge as a motive. One is worthwhile, the other is anarchy without any goal.
