He is wrong in my opinion. Personally he should be taken to the court house square and whipped and I approve this message.

If the article is accurate to the events and order of events, this is going to be a hard case to put together for the state. But, at the end of the day it is going to come down to what the intention of backing the car up was. I have a feeling it was four scared teenagers trying to get away... but its going to come down to the jury ... hoping Justice is reacted for all involved.

SGT John S. - Bet it made those adult men feel like real men harassing 4 young girls, CHILDREN, no older then 16. Scratching a truck is not justification for shooting a child especially if you were not in the truck. Also since it was only a scratch, a scratch now means it was incidental contact from someone trying to get away from a mob of white men who were threatening these children.
