They should be punished as the law dictates -- that's a privilege they earned

CSM Chuck Stafford
MSgt Dale Johnson - That's a different kind of privilege and shall not be spoken of

CSM Chuck Stafford - I see no difference, they were both violent, destructive, and totally uncalled for, they should all be prosecuted. I have NO ISSUE with marching and protesting. They are afforded that right by the first amendment. It's the vandalism, destruction of other peoples or governments property and arson that I have issue with.

MSgt Dale Johnson - I agree that all should be prosecuted to the fullest extent equally -- but like Animal Farm, some are apparently more equal than others

Capt Gregory Prickett - First let me say, IMHO, the election is done, even if they were to find proof of widespread malpractices it is over. That would have to be addressed in some way in the future although I am not sure how that would work.
Second, I have more faith in the resiliency of the government than to believe that in one day several hundred idiots could topple the US government, if you do I have some ocean front property in Arizona that I can sell cheap. I have spoken to two people that were there, they told me that 98 percent of the crowd there simply were content to stand outside and wave flags, when they saw the bunch of idiots shoving past the barricades they and many others left.
Third, any who were involved in entering a restricted area, committing any acts of violence against the Capitol Police, or destruction of property should ALL be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Have I made position clear now?

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel: Oh crap! They didn't think about this either. I thought they were really up on all the ways that their phones are nothing more than tracking devices...you know that 5G stuff and all that.

Capt Gregory Prickett; PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - LOL!! Yeah, that's why we always say they should have also been charged with one count of criminal stupidity. Honestly, how can these people go down the rabbit holes of all these conspiracy theories about 5G, the flu/COVID shot is really going to put a tracking chip in your body, there were millions of votes stolen by computers overseas, etc., yet not know the basics of telecommunication devices?
