COL (Join to see) the distribution of funding going out of the country will hurt more than benefits. It hurts me to see retirees losing amenity after amenity.

Straight scoop, and ours was handled with one brief fonecon. I thought it would be a paper drill with DFAS and the rest to effect changes. Seems it was to Humana. Retirees likely have TFL, but dependents require an increase.
