Anthony Hopkins marks 45 years of sobriety after nearly 'drinking myself to death'

A little personal here, but if it saves a career or a life, I'll deal - dealt w/worse... With the New Year comes celebrations, good times and bad, furthered depressive thoughts for most. Sir Anthony Hopkins sends his mark of 45-yrs of sobriety!

If you need help, please seek it. Make that first step... It is the hardest thing you will ever have to do, trust me, I know! Stole the Lowenbrau bier mug in Munchen, got the t-shirt while All-Army, sent the post card from the ROK - but lucky enough; NOT to smile for a camera; get a AR15; fall further into depression; or, lose the woman I loved. I sought help after my wife gave me a decision.

Do not get behind the wheel of a car - pre-arrange a DD, get a Taxi, Uber, Lyft, a friend, someone in your COC to drive you home!
