Sometimes I wish I were an automobile. Regular service requires filter changes. All that crap that has clogged your brain for eons. The clogging is so bad that you begin and believe differently.
I would love to start out fresh every four months. I still carry baggage from the 70’s.

You can let go if you want to. Face it, feel it, breath through it and let it pass. It’s not easy but it’s much harder to hold up the load.

What you do not change is what you choose.

Letting go of unnecessary baggage lightens the load. As Christ said “turn the other cheek” meaning that we should not hold on to negative emotions and grudges from our past because they trait our spirit.
