I wonder how much those meritless cases costs the taxpayers?
I hope we see more of this around the nation. It is time to stop this foolishness and continue our history of peaceful transition of power we have always been so proud of. Nothing, absolutely nothing, is more American than that. We set the example for the rest of the world. We must continue that tradition.

MSG Stan Hutchison: This bar complaint needs to gain traction. I have no issues when there are court challenges to elections that are based on the legal merits and legally supported facts (i.e. evidence which can be actually submitted in court). When there are neither, then it is the attorney's duty not to file the case. I, too, hope we see more state bars looking into the actions of these attorneys and bringing down sanctions on them. As the complaint states, being an attorney is not a right, it is a privilege and such privilege should not be misused.
