So my question is where did he get the numbers from? Who is really at fault? FDA, him, the companies? I wonder if he s falling on his sword because he is the TF leader.

I always thought generals aren't supposed to make mistakes he's supposed to be in charge and I guess he's the one that should take responsibility at least that's what I think thanks for
