Good morning Col Burroughs and welcome Posse to one of the last RED Fridays of this year. Christmas will actually be the last one!
Networking. Some people love it and some hate it. I appreciate what it can do. It adds value when done correctly. I depend on my network to refer people who need help to the right people, the right places. Red Cross depends on its network of partners to do its mission(s); we certainly couldn't do it alone. None of us can stand alone anymore. If this pandemic taught us anything, it should be that. Those who do best are those who are most strongly connected. And "Operation Warp Speed" wouldn't have been possible without a science team network and successful distribution of the vaccine depends on a logistics/transportation network. I belong to a number of different "networks" and i strongly believe in feeding those with good information, support and respect.

I expect that your physical networking experience enjoyed better results before the SARS-CoV-2 risk hit this spring. Hopefully your ability to network virtually since that point has improved. I hope you understand that the body of Christ is the ‘network’ which will endure beyond time into eternity. ‘for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes’ [Ephesians 4:12-14] ESV] my sister-in-Christ Lt Col Charlie Brown

Brothers and sisters-in-Christ, no doubt you understand before the HOLY Spirit regenerated our soul, we were each enemies of God. By God’s grace, HE elected each one of us before time began. 'Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy. [Colossians 1:21-22 ESV]
Leaders, managers, fathers, mothers, grandparents, and teachers who are adopted children of God, I pray that we each 'Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And be thankful.' [Colossians 3:12-13, 15 ESV]
I pray that you and your family members sleep well Friday night and will awake refreshed and healthy on Saturday morning.
By the power and authority of the Name above all names, Jesus the Christ.

Good R.E.D. Friday morning Colonel Burroughs from a still cloudy day here in the Greater Boston Area...but warming up... On my cell for a bit to go take my shower, so will pick up where I left off... Picking up, I am back where I left off! LOL!

Let’s “Remember Everyone Deployed” until they are home once again!

“Networking Day!” Why Not?

1) "Networking is simply the cultivating of mutually beneficial, give and take, win-win relationships. It works best, however, when emphasizing the "give" part." - Bob Burg

2) "You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you." - Dale Carnegie

3) "Try never to be the smartest person in the room. And if you are, I suggest you invite smarter people... or find a different room. In professional circles it's called networking. In organizations it's called team building. And in life it's called family, friends, and community. We are all gifts to each other, and my own growth as a leader has shown me again and again that the most rewarding experiences come from my relationships." - Michael Dell

Suffice it to say, that...

“Leadership networking is about sharing your connections with others, so they will share with you – be sincere about building networks and relationships!” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

It can surely do that and networking here can lead to a great friendship and support system as well PO2 (Join to see) - thanks for being part of this daily network brother...

“How important is networking? Networking and building relationships, creating new opportunities with others, connecting with other leaders and individuals can be invaluable. It leads to new ideas, perspectives, ventures, partnerships, new business opportunities, and new information, and great support systems. Information is power and networking is a road to success. May use also create new avenues of communications and information through your networks for the support of good, truth, and help for others; may you always have a positive outlook and attitude toward your network of key contacts and relationships; may your mind, body, and soul be opened to grace, goodness, peace, forgiveness, and a bountiful life of purpose; and keep your family safe, secure, happy, and healthy during these uncertain times. Continue to build your network here on RallyPoint. Building a strong network for the future of our veterans: https://www.victoryforveterans.org/support
Leaders can weave and utilize valuable networks.” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs
