Ostensibly it is to clean for COVID-19 but I expect it also is to get read of any trace of Donald Trump's administration :-)
I wonder if President-elect Biden plans to eschew his presidential salary. I expect he might want to claim that since President Trump did not claim his own, Biden should get double salary :-)
