Ft Hood USACIDC is severely understaffed and overworked. This has greatly affected their ability to "Do What Has To Be Done". Additional problems have surfaced by the USACIDC being again placed uncontrol by the Provost Marshall General instead of the "Stove Pipe Command" which was established in the early 70's.

SSG Jeff Furgerson - Thanks for responding. I was curious about what you meant by your statement. Considering that I spent most of my career at Bragg it really did not surprise me that much.

SSG Byron Hewett I don't think so, at least not at Bragg. Considering the story told, it actually sound like this incident at Bragg was about some criminals that had a falling out. It is not the first time that something like this has happened at Bragg.

In a lot of stories like this one there is a common thread and that is theft of government property, whether it is physical goods or money.
