I don't know if you watched it. He legally registered in TX more than 2 years ago. WI still has him registered and sent him, without asking, a mail in ballot.
Other rpoblem - his wife and mother both did absentee ballots and he shows what it should look like if the ballot was counted - and it did not match his wife and mother. Both were registered but the ballots were not processed.

He does, and that is where he is registered to vote currently. He used to live in WI and they still have him on the rolls...
