Since the woman's teams are more profitable, it's not about the amount of money coming in. That leaves the other side of the equation of why people are paid less than others, they are in an inferior bargaining position for one reason or another. That's what 1SG Steven Imerman is touching on in his post when he compares it to the men's side.
If women want to be paid more they need to change their bargaining position and that means being as hard nosed as the men on accepting contracts and probably to get things started, strike.
