If they made it part of your med records for potential identification, that would make sense but anything else, hmm...

I don't like it. Just telling me they "won't use it against the Soldiers" doesn't cut the mustard. If they want to document tattoos above the neckline, wrist, and hands, then Soldiers with those tattoos should resubmit. Remove everyone else's and the originals.
