Yes, unfortunately she will be even though the Senate confirm two or three years ago for the Appellate Court. What do ground do they have the cover?

Not at all. Remember that 3 years ago she was vetted by the Senate and passed. She hasn't changed other than as an appellate court judge she has consistently ruled in line with the Constitution. She is not an activist judge. She's also a woman. I noticed that when she stood there in that brown dress. LOL. What I mean by this is that it's a Democrat Senators go out or too hard it may be perceived has attacking her because she's a woman. They're going to attack her as a Catholic which is the Constitution forbids. How is it we had JFK is a Catholic President but suddenly Catholicism is taboo for an associate Justice? To date she has not ruled for or against provisions of Roe v Wade. She has lived by her promise that her court rulings will be based on the intent of the Constitution that's supported by the Federalist Papers. She will not be an activist judge. But it shocks me that each Senator has 30 minutes to grill her followed by a 20-minute follow-up. She will give her opening statement this morning and I believe 9 a.m. and then the grilling will begin on Tuesday into Wednesday culminating on Thursday.

My Brother, I follow and share from all sources because I believe that it intellectually informs me. One cannot stick to one TV station and form an opinion appropriately. I buy a TV set the same way. LOL. I visit at least 5 review sites. My only drawback is that I use speech-to-text and end up writing way more than I intend. The thing is is that I feel that we're sitting together having a couple of beers and just talking.

True that I talk too much? LOL. Yes, that would appear to be true. I'm working on it. Speaking of working on it...
