Wisconsin cop should be fired after 3 shootings: probe

I am pro police having retired as a Military Police Officer and short time with NYPD so I support Law Enforcement. Now there is no doubt in my mind that some people deserve to be shot and that police officers are often required to use their guns to defend innocent civilians or themselves. This case is is a little different as the officer is black and the deceased juvenile is black. Most officers can go their entire careers without ever having fired their weapons even in high crime areas. This officer shot and killed three people in the course of his career. You have to wonder if this officer is a problem or were all his shootings fully justifiable.
