Good morning Col Burroughs and Happy Hump day. The Red Cross is giving me more work on the weekends and I might have to shift my "hump day" a bit...
Those who can find fulfillment regardless of their circumstances are the happiest, most satisfied people. That doesn't mean they are unmotivated, they are able to make the best of any circumstances in which they find themselves. It's finding the positive in any situation and amplifying it. I do a gratitude practice regardless of what is going on and I find it helpful in keeping me positive and fulfilled regardless of whether the circumstances are what I wanted or expected.
