No Borking or Kavanaughing her. They do think it's fair to go after her 2 adopted kids from Haiti. She will be confirmed. This goes to show that even if president trump loses, he could still put her in the court as a lame duck. It is a low chance of winning but it has been done. The democrats have to go buy a case of depends or kaopectate

You know LTC, I don't understand why people think it's okay to investigate the children adopted by Judge Barrett family. It takes a special kind of family and a special kind of love to do something so selfless. Especially when you already have a physically challenged child.
As a military policeman yourself LTC, I think you might agree that a paroled felon should not get their right to vote or possess a firearm back until after completing at least 10 years of unsupervised parole. The rate of recidivism is much too high. There's no such thing as a non violent felon. When in prison only the strong survive.

There would have to be a clearly-defined line between which felony convictions are eligible for restoration of 2nd Amendment rights and which are not.
