IMO this article does hit the target. The target is finding that switch that turns off reasons to die with reasons to live. Use a rational approach to an irrational emotional condition. The reason to live often encompasses not wanting to hurt family members and not setting a bad example as suicide often runs in families. Find that switch and turn two courses of actions into one. Live.
